Terms of Service
1. Who we are
This website and Rapid Estimator are offered by SDSI Business Systems, Inc., 25060 Hancock Ave #419, Murrieta, CA 92562, United States. Contact: rapidestimator@sdsinow.com and (800) 872-7160.
2. What Rapid Estimator is
Rapid Estimator is professional Windows desktop software for construction estimating. It is licensed for use on the customer’s computers. It is not a hosted estimate vault. Estimate files stay on the customer’s PC. A current subscription is verified against SDSI’s license host as described in the Privacy Notice.
3. This website
You may use this website to learn about Rapid Estimator, request a demo, buy or renew a license, and obtain support information. Do not misuse the site, attempt to break into it, or use it to send unlawful content. We may change or withdraw pages without notice.
4. Licenses and payment
A Rapid Estimator license is personal to the customer named on the order. Payment is taken by Authorize.Net. Subscription terms, including what happens when a subscription is not current, are as stated at purchase and in the program. We may decline or cancel an order that we cannot fulfil.
5. Support
Support is provided by telephone, email and, when you request it, a remote session. Support hours are published on the Support page. Remote support is described in the Privacy Notice and the Data Processing Terms.
6. Privacy and security
How we handle personal data is stated in the Privacy Notice, the SMS Privacy Policy, the Sub-Processors list, the Cookie Notice and the Security Overview. Those documents form part of these terms.
7. Text messaging
By opting in to receive SMS messages from Rapid Estimator, you consent to receive customer care messages. Message frequency may vary. On average, 1-2 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. For help, reply HELP or email rapidestimator@sdsinow.com. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP. Privacy Policy: https://rapidestimator.net/sms-privacy. Program details, including how consent is collected, are on the SMS program page and the SMS Terms. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
8. Warranties and liability
This website is provided as published. Rapid Estimator is licensed under the terms of the license you accept when you install or renew it. To the fullest extent the law of California allows, SDSI Business Systems, Inc. is not liable for lost profits, lost bids, or indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that California law does not allow to be limited, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Riverside County, California have exclusive jurisdiction, except that we may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
10. Changes
This is version 1.1, published on 24 August 2026. Version 1.0 was published on 18 August 2026. Version 1.1 adds the Rapid Estimator SMS program. We publish changes at this address with a new version number and date.
