SMS Terms and Conditions

By opting in to receive SMS messages from Rapid Estimator, you consent to receive customer care messages.

By opting in to receive SMS or MMS text messages from SDSI Business Systems, Inc. (Rapid Estimator), you also agree to these terms. The general Terms of Service still apply.

1. The program

You agree to receive customer care text messages only from SDSI Business Systems, Inc. (Rapid Estimator) at (951) 461-8490. Messages may include demo scheduling, support appointment reminders, license or account notices, and two-way support about Rapid Estimator. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

You may opt in by texting START to (951) 461-8490, by submitting the form on the SMS program page, by checking the SMS box on the contact form, or by agreeing on a support or sales call.

Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of purchasing Rapid Estimator or of receiving support.

2. Message frequency

Message frequency: Message frequency may vary. On average, 1-2 messages per month. An active customer or a person scheduling a demo or support session may receive more messages while that session is being arranged. We do not send a fixed daily blast.

3. Message and data rates

Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier’s plan. SDSI and mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

4. Privacy

Mobile numbers and SMS consent are handled under the SMS Privacy Policy and the Privacy Notice. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

5. Opt-out

Text STOP to (951) 461-8490 to cancel. You may also reply QUIT, END, REVOKE, OPT OUT, CANCEL, or UNSUBSCRIBE. You will receive one confirmation that you have been unsubscribed and will receive no further messages from this program unless you opt in again (for example by replying START to (951) 461-8490, or by completing the form on the SMS program page).

7. Supported carriers

Messaging is supported on major United States carriers. Delivery is not guaranteed on every carrier or device.

8. Changes

This is version 1.1, published on 24 August 2026. Version 1.0 was published the same day. Version 1.1 states that by opting in you consent to Rapid Estimator customer care messages, that message frequency may vary (on average 1-2 messages per month), and links the Privacy Policy at https://rapidestimator.net/sms-privacy. We publish a revised version at this address with a new date.
